Lead the accounting team, ensuring accounting operations are in line with local and corporate requirements.
Responsible for moderate to complex accounting activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and the resultant managerial reports and financial statements.
Perform advanced accounting functions requiring a thorough knowledge of accounting methods, principles, and practices.
Identify complex accounting problems, research solutions, and correct problems.
Prepare monthly reconciliation between the local system and ERP system by working closely with outsourced accounting.
Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors, and clients.
Responsible for routine accounting activities.
Responsible for all accounting department tasks including control of invoices, receivables, balance collection, etc.
Prepare TAX and SSO accounting, reports, seasonal reports, and declaration forms, internal and external reports.
Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Maintain financial security by establishing internal controls.
Manage Insurance issues, cash, and bank transactions.
Support other team members whenever required so as to ensure effective teamwork between the accounting department and other departments.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
10 years of experience in finance and at least 3 years of experience as a finance manager.
Hands-on knowledge of applications including Spreadsheet applications and databases (i.e. Excel spreadsheet formula).
Solid knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
