Finance Manager

Job Description

• Lead the accounting team, ensuring accounting operations are in line with local and corporate requirements.
• Responsible for moderate to complex accounting activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and the resultant managerial reports and financial statements.
• Perform advanced accounting functions requiring a thorough knowledge of accounting methods, principles, and practices.
• Identify complex accounting problems, research solutions, and correct problems.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation between the local system and ERP system by working closely with outsourced accounting.
• Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors, and clients.
• Responsible for routine accounting activities.
• Responsible for all accounting department tasks including control of invoices, receivables, balance collection, etc.
• Prepare TAX and SSO accounting, reports, seasonal reports, and declaration forms, internal and external reports.
• Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain financial security by establishing internal controls.
• Manage Insurance issues, cash, and bank transactions.
• Support other team members whenever required so as to ensure effective teamwork between the accounting department and other departments.
