Finance Controller

Job Description

- Manage the Finance and Admin Departments across the Iran. - Ensure a ‘no surprises’ environment is maintained by maintaining strong financial disciplines and internal controls across the business units. Develop the newly installed business system to provide a strong base to manage the business. - Manage the annual and quarterly business planning process within the Middle East. - Preparation of ‘Estimates’ and ‘Actual’ reporting in accordance with the Group timetable. - Preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts, and efficient use of working capital –particularly debt collection. - Provide commercial support to the Iran General Manager, providing accurate reliable and timely data from Rayvars. - Preparation of CAPEX proposals, control of capital expenditures and maintenance of the fixed asset register. - Work with Treasury to ensure efficient use of resources and compliance with Group policies. - To ensure timely reporting of all financial data requests from John Crane Global and Smiths Group. - Control the annual audit and taxation processes internal and external , and ensure that all statutory returns are completed in accordance with policy. - Ensure that group policies and procedures are fully complied with in regard to approvals, spending limits, expense procedures, capex applications, bills of exchange. - Review and updating team performance.
