Main purpose of the job
Execute administrative tasks and do follow up of project accountancy, according to administration manager’s indications and MSF procedures, in order to ensure legal compliance and keep a strict control over monetary resources.

Accounting
- Controlling and monitoring payments
- Being warrant of MSF accounting protocols
- Register accountancy
HR
- Prepare contracts
- Assisting with the preparation of salary payments as required
- Provide support to the Personal Administrative Manager with Social Security and local authorities
Other
- Punctual translation
- Provide support during recruitment
- Prepare letters for local authorities
