Job Description

Main purpose of the job Execute administrative tasks and do follow up of project accountancy, according to administration manager’s indications and MSF procedures, in order to ensure legal compliance and keep a strict control over monetary resources. Responsibilities and tasks Accounting - Controlling and monitoring payments - Being warrant of MSF accounting protocols - Register accountancy HR - Prepare contracts - Assisting with the preparation of salary payments as required - Provide support to the Personal Administrative Manager with Social Security and local authorities Other - Punctual translation - Provide support during recruitment - Prepare letters for local authorities

Requirements

- Desirable finance, business or administration related diploma - Essential previous working experience of at least two years in relevant jobs. - Desirable experience in MSF or other NGOs in developing countries - English essential
