Job Description

The Finance & Administration Manager will assume strategic as well as operational roles in the overall management of the start-up company. The F&AM will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial and commercial related activities including personnel and administrative matters in a matrix organization, reporting directly to the General Manager for the daily business and functionally reporting to the CFO of the parent company in Istanbul. Main Responsibilities: Ensure that all bookkeeping is performed and accounting records of the company are kept scrupulously in compliance with local laws and generally accepted accounting principles, Provide the General Manager and the Board of the Company with timely and accurate Management Reports in accordance with Group Reporting Guidelines. Insure that the Statutory Accounts are accurate, audited and filed in a timely manner. Prepare the company's budget, middle term business plans and forecasts by organizing internal meetings, conducting guiding activities and bringing comments and suggestions Perform analysis on financial results to explain deviations from the budget, Ensure that the necessary IT and ERP infrastructure is selected, implemented and upgraded as and when needed. Prepare taxes and all other legal returns to be filed with the authorities, delivering them in a timely and accurate manner, Manage the cash flow of the company and contribute to minimize working capital requirement Manage supply chain commercial operations such as custom clearance, vendor selection, payment terms etc. Ensure that stocks are properly valued and stock takes are performed in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure smooth execution of all kinds of administrative affairs of the company, such as insuring plant and machinery, personnel records and payroll function, business support contracts. Help in securing collection of all due payments, keep relations with customers as appropriate Manage relations with the banks Prepare financial analysis and ROI calculations for Investment Plans Ensure an adequate archiving and retrieval system in particular in accordance with any legal requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields, Preferably Iranian CPA certified 3-5 years of related experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, budgeting and planning, In depth knowledge of industrial cost accounting preferably in an industrial company producing to order. In depth knowledge of Iranian fiscal legislation Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail and an ability to perform complex analysis, Full computer literacy, good knowledge of MS Office tools and advanced use of Excel, Ability to work effectively across organizational areas and levels, Iranian national or from other nations with work permit and full knowledge of Iranian regulations and practices Good verbal and written communication skills in Turkish, English knowledge to be considered also an asset, Self-motivated and disciplined, Team player and good communicator, Adaptable for overseas trips and flexible working hours No military obligation for male candidates, Living in or within easy commuting distance from Qazvin.
