
Job Description
Main responsibilities : • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with Takapo Teb's products, support and service . • Complete all remedial service actions, standard system checks, and required hardware and software upgrades in accordance with approved policies and procedures • Assist other Field Engineers as necessary • Participate in preparing customer site for installation events and assembling medical devices • Conduct advanced troubleshooting to repair, test and calibration procedure for instruments located at assigned clinical sites • Schedule and manage preventive maintenance • Execute timely reporting of all discovered technical issues to his manager • Document repair/ resolution of customer calls in CRM system and escalates issues to management as needed. • Works with Product Application specialists to resolve quality issues and advise of issues and developments • Document all technical reports, calls, complaints, and responses uses e-mail and telephone systems in a timely and reasonable manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Ensure instrumentation is in compliance with regulatory requirements and quality control standards Reporting to : Service Manager Other interactions : Hospitals, Universities, laboratories Desired start date : ASAP Working hours : 8 am - 5 pm Travel requirements : position wil require 50% plus travel withing the country
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering • Relevant work experience in field service and maintenance with good hand skills is preferred • Good knowledge in computer skills and Networking • Good command of spoken and written English • Good team player and willing to travel frequently • Customer oriented, can work under pressure and solve issues independently • Willing to work overtime and flexible hours to resolve customer issues • Military Service should be completed or exempted Additional Details: •This person will work out of a home based office • Position will require 50% plus travel •There will be on-call duties • Overnight stays could be 2 to 3 nights a week • Must be able to repetitively lift and carry product weighing approximately 15 kg.
