Factory Manager

Job Description

-Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff. -Coordinate the hiring and training of all manufacturing personnel -Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the facility. -Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality -Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets -Communicate with research and development as well as product management personnel to develop new product strategies. -Create purchase orders for Purchasing Manager to place orders. -Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards -Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping -Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
