EXPORT:
One of our sister companies from Badbadak holding groups is looking for export manager in FOOD & BEVERAGE BUISNESS :
- Collecting commercial information about target countries(SPECIFIC MENA COUNTRIES AND SOTHERN ASIA )
- Performing market research and preparing related reports
- Identifying marketing tools in target countries & reaching out to them
- Identifying potential customers in target countries
- Making contracts and issuing PI & PL for customers
- Reviewing and confirming all export documents
- Following up payments of goods sold
- Analyzing feedback of customers on goods and services
- Experience in how to develop the markets
IMPORT:
- Communicating with suppliers to put orders and arrange the shipments.
- Preparing and handling all necessary documentation to shipping documents, custom affairs, commercial registration and banking procedures.
- Doing all import/export processes such as order registration, currency allocation, money transfer, and shipping schedules
- Preparing purchase orders
- Analyzing price proposals, financial reports and other data to determine reasonable prices
Requirements
- Having related university degree
- Having excellent verbal and written English and French communication skills
- Preferably having good knowledge of Arabic language
- Being familiar with doing business in/with GCC countries /AFRICAN countries
- Ability to make decisions in crucial situations
- Ability to work independently
- At least 2-3 years of related experience
