Job Description

A leading company in the field of ceramic tiles industry is looking for an export expert responsible for the export procedure including freight, export regulations, insurance, and all relevant documentation processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with suppliers and correspondence with them for shipment/delivery schedules.
  • Handle International and Local commercial affairs such as order placement, PI issuance, commercial registration, shipment follow-up, shipping documents, etc.
  • Plan and coordinate all activities of customs clearance.
  • Follow up on needed activities.
  • Prepare weekly reports.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and commercial correspondence.
  • Previous experience in relevant fields.
  • Expert in ICDL.
  • Strong communication skills with a teamwork spirit.
  • Maximum age: 35 years old.
  • Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations.
