Job Description

As part of its strategic expansion into mining and natural resource management, Sarmad Development Leading Holding is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Exploration Specialist to join our operational team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field mapping and sampling operations to identify mineral deposits or natural resource potential.
Utilize exploration methodologies (Geological, Geophysical, or Geochemical) to evaluate target areas.
Collect, record, and analyze field data, integrating findings into geological models.
Collaborate on defining exploration boundaries and preparing technical reports on site conditions.
Supervise exploratory drilling activities and ensure high-quality field operations.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology, Geophysics, Geochemistry, or a related Earth Science field.
Experience: Proven field experience in exploration projects and resource identification processes.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using exploration equipment and geological modeling software (e.g., ArcGIS or 3D modeling tools).
Personal Attributes: Ability to work in challenging environmental conditions and remote locations, strong adventurous spirit, and high attention to detail.
Additional: A valid driver’s license is highly preferred for field mobility.
