Market Research, Market Planning, Preparing Market Data Base Promotion Management (participating in events such as exhibitions and conferences) Product & Service Portfolio Development Preparing Business Plan Presentations and Feasibility Study for Project Negotiation with customers, Preparing technical and financial bid Financial Appraisal for projects Providing and managing EPC contracts with overseas and local supplier and Supervising over executive procedure of contractors until the end of their commitments according to contracts conditions. Attending to Tenders Proposal Document preparation (Technical and financial) Finding new clients Finding new opportunities Coordination for exhibitions Coordination of client and subcontractors and team members to meet project goals Evaluation of proposals for the tenders and selection of subcontractors Managing and Directing of the project team Project Engineering Project detail design and preparing bill of material Developed proposal documents and cost estimation for a couple of tenders Planned and organized department tasks and duties Made standard formats for technical documents and software activities
