
Job Description
The EPC project control expert is responsible for planning, monitoring, analyzing and reporting the progress of EPC projects and supplying industrial equipment in the fields of precision instruments, electricity, mechanics and HSE. This position works under the supervision of the project manager and has a key role in controlling the schedule, identifying deviations, monitoring the performance of vendors and providing analytical reports for management decision making.
This role requires mastery of project control principles, close coordination with engineering, commercial, financial and project sales teams and the ability to convert operational data into detailed management reports.
Main duties:
Preparing and updating the project schedule (Baseline & Updated Schedule)
Monitoring the progress of supplying equipment according to the plan
Preparation of S-Curve of project progress
Control of project milestones (Milestones)
Analyzing time deviations and providing corrective measures
Follow up of vendors according to the production and delivery schedule
Preparation of weekly and monthly project progress reports
Record and analyze project delays (Delay Analysis)
Collaborate with project manager in scope change management
Monitoring the status of orders, shipping and delivery of goods
Coordination with the commercial team to control logistics
Coordination with finance to monitor payments according to progress
Participation in project progress meetings
Preparation of control dashboards for the project manager and CEO
Eligibility conditions
Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or related fields
At least 3 years of relevant experience in controlling industrial or EPC projects
Mastering the principles of project planning and control
Ability to work with Primavera P6 or MS Project
Advanced mastery of Excel
Relative proficiency in technical English
Ability to analyze data and prepare management reports
High accuracy and the ability to track multiple projects at the same time
Familiarity with the following is required:

Logistics control and delivery of goods
Project documents (MDR, ITP, IRN)
Financial structure of projects
Instrumentation, electrical, mechanical and HSE equipment from a timing perspective
Project change management
It is an advantage:
Work experience in oil, gas or petrochemical projects
Experience controlling external supply
Familiarity with Delay Analysis methods
PMP or Primavera certification
