Enterprise Applications, Data & Innovation Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Own the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of local and enterprise business applications including local portals, Sage reports, CRM, HRIS, WMS, and other critical business systems.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of business-critical applications.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Manage application lifecycle activities including enhancements, upgrades, testing, deployment, and vendor coordination.
• Lead a team of developers responsible for developing and supporting dashboards, portals, workflows, APIs, integrations, and custom business applications.
• Hands on and Govern development standards, code quality, documentation, security controls, and change management processes.
• Drive system integration initiatives through APIs, web services, middleware, and data exchange platforms.
• Provide technical leadership on .NET, C#, Python, low-code/no-code platforms, and modern application architectures.
• Manage SQL Server platforms, databases, data warehouses, OLAP environments, and reporting solutions.
• Lead enterprise analytics initiatives utilizing Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
• Ensure data quality, governance, performance optimization, and reporting reliability.
• Support the organization's data strategy, self-service analytics, and business insights capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation across business functions.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that improve productivity, decision making, and user experience.
• Lead innovation initiatives involving AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and workflow optimization where applicable.
• Ensure innovation projects comply with company cybersecurity, governance, and compliance standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Global IT, vendors, and business functions to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise applications, software development, systems integration, business intelligence, or IT solution delivery.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading technical teams or managing enterprise application portfolios.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server, database administration, performance tuning, data warehousing, and OLAP solutions.
• Understanding of local Network Infrastructure, AI solutions, automation platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Team leadership and within IT team collaboration with other IT functions,
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Farsi.
• FMCG industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience with process automation, and digital transformation programs.
