Electrical Sales Engineer

Job Description

The Industrial Electrical Sales Engineer is responsible for the development of sales of electrical equipment in EPC projects and oil, gas, petrochemical, power plant and industrial industries. This position includes reviewing the RFQ and technical documents of the project, choosing the right equipment, preparing technical-financial proposals, negotiating with domestic and foreign suppliers, communicating directly with the employer and following up the sales process until the final delivery of the goods.

This role requires a combination of industrial electrical technical knowledge and project sales skills, and the selected individual will work closely with engineering, commercial, project control and supply teams.

Main duties:
RFQ review and technical specifications of the project
Selection of industrial electrical equipment according to Spec and engineering documents
Preparation of Technical Offer and Commercial Proposal
Correspondence and negotiation with internal and external vendors
Responding to the employer's clarifications
Follow up of tenders and orders until the delivery stage
Collaborate with engineering and supply team during project execution
Develop relationships with reputable manufacturers and suppliers

Eligibility conditions

Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering (power, control or industrial electronics)
At least 3 years of related experience in sales or industrial electrical engineering
Ability to read engineering documents and project drawings
Relative proficiency in technical English
Negotiation skills, effective communication and follow-up
Team work spirit, responsibility and time management

All kinds of industrial batteries (Lead Acid, Ni-Cd, etc.)
Electrical panel equipment including contactors, relays, fuses and accessories
Protection relays for M.V and L.V panels
Explosion Proof equipment
All kinds of industrial lighting fixtures
Junction Box
Cable Gland
Control Station and Control Box
Industrial Sockets & Plugs
Safety Switch
All kinds of electrical cables and instruments (PVC, XLPE, armored and non-armored)
Variable Speed Drives (VFD) and Soft Starters
Electrical Tracing systems
Conventional and explosion-proof industrial electric motors

It is an advantage:
Work experience in oil, gas or petrochemical projects
Experience of direct communication with foreign manufacturers
Familiarity with EPC processes and industrial tenders
