Job Description

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Technician for our Rudeshour Power Plant to:

Perform maintenance and repair works for electrical power station equipment by following standard procedures or giving advice.
Responsible for providing high-standard plant maintenance service to the client according to the O&M agreement.
Maintain a high quality of electrical plant equipment by performing preventive and predictive maintenance tasks according to a maintenance plan.
Assist the electrical maintenance head with maintenance and troubleshooting.
Timely response to any plant operational problem.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks on electrical equipment according to a maintenance plan.
Perform troubleshooting and repair work on malfunctioning or faulty electrical plant equipment.
Utilize computerized plant management system BFS++ when reporting faults, performing work on site, requesting material.
Assist EL maintenance engineer with EL maintenance and troubleshooting
Ensure own safety and the safety of others by strictly complying with plant safety regulations.
Continuously improve technical knowledge by attending training courses and practical training in the field.
Ensure high-quality workmanship.
Protect the environment by reducing hazardous waste and avoiding unnecessary spillages.

Requirements

A technical college degree in Electrical Engineering.
At least 2 years of working experience as a service/maintenance engineer in industrial plants (preferably power plants).
Basic knowledge of electrical equipment and power systems.
Experience working with foreigners (European) is helpful.
Ability to analyze and rectify faults.
Fluent in MS Office.
Effective communication skills.
Team player.
