Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Educational Immigration Counseling Supervisor to lead our team of counsellors and trainers. This role involves overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality immigration consulting training, with a focus on educational opportunities in Canada, the UK, and the EU. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration policies, academic counselling, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of educational immigration counsellors and trainers.
  • Develop and update training materials on immigration consulting for Canada, the UK, and the EU, ensuring compliance with current laws and procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for counsellors, enhancing their knowledge and skills in educational immigration counselling.
  • Oversee the counselling process, ensuring clients receive accurate, up-to-date information and guidance on educational opportunities and immigration requirements.
  • Collaborate with international educational institutions and immigration authorities to stay informed about changes in policies and opportunities.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of counselling and client satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and staff on complex immigration cases.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in educational immigration counseling, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of immigration policies and procedures for Canada, the UK, and the EU.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and teams.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
