Job Description
Prepare training budget for departments and organization. Conduct training need assessment and design IDP support individual performance agreement. Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials. Assess training supplier and provider input to line manager to select new suppliers. Develop and maintain recognition programs and schedules
Requirements
Bachelor/Master Degree in human resources, Industrial Eng. / Management or a relevant field. Proven work experience as a Learning & Development specialist Minimum 2 years of experience in HR field Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint in particular) Strong communication and presentation skills Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects Familiar with training standards specially ISO 10015
