Job Description

Plan to cooperate with the Online Sales Lead, will be responsible for driving commercial performance to achieve ambitious growth targets. Define the e-commerce/ CRO strategy and roadmap, specifically designed to drive sales growth.

Requirements

- Have a highly commercial and data driven mindset. - Be able to analyze, test and implement new initiatives to provide the best possible experience to improve conversion rates. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email, organic, paid, SEO and affiliates. - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different locations. - Proven success with working with Digital Operations teams to achieve a common goal (UX/ UI, Dev leads, PO/ BA) - Strong communication skills and the ability to priorities work based on value being delivered. Proven experience in reporting and analysis in order to make informed marketing decisions and drive initiatives to maximize success and conversion rates of online campaigns. - An ability to influence and inspire key stakeholders across multiple locations. - Experience working in ecommerce, ideally with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and conversion metrics
