Job Description

● To have active cooperation with different CR support operation teams, especially credit, and collection to resolve customer-received queries in billing-related areas. ● To resolve billing, consumption, and dataflow issues in cooperation with the support team. ● To check and process bills in the firm's practice management system (ability and billing system) for clients who require electronic bills. ● To control postpaid subscribers’ accounts and bill accuracy to be without any issues based on approved PPPs. ● To check the quality of generated bills as the data on invoices are correct and up-to-date and follow up on their issues and problems with other divisions based on processes before the bill run confirmation. ● To follow up on the resolution of all customer segments’ billing-related issues, complaints, and queries based on PPPs within specified SLA and escalate issues to the supervisor. ● To check the accuracy of generated bills as the sample, mock/main bill run for postpaid accounts based on approved PPPs and SLAs. ● To check the accuracy of sent notifications to the subscribers regarding bill runs or based on management team orders (SMS to inactive subscribers, update firmware, credit control notifications, etc.) ● To generate basic reports on bill run and business processes for all subscribers’ categories and segments for the team. ● To collaborate with the team in controlling and checking different changes also new products and services launch effects on billing systems/processes. ● To assist the team in testing billing system changes based on received requests and escalate issues to the supervisor. ● To investigate and resolve all client e-billing system queries and bill rejections, and also have continuous monitoring of the process of E-bill delivery. ● To ensure that all bills submitted for processing comply with all relevant VAT. ● To ensure that all bills are checked for numerical accuracy and internal consistency before they are processed. ● To ensure credit notes, write-offs, and write-downs are correctly authorized and processed following agreed policies.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing, Communications) or related fields. ● Fluent in English. ● At least 2 years of experience; with experience in working with others. ● Experience working in a small to medium organization.
