Job Description

•Main Objective: As a Driver Performance & Analytics Team Lead in Driver Engagement team, you will be challenged leading a team diving deep into data, analyze large data sets, discovering root causes for major problems and designing long-term solutions to address driver’s retention and engagement. The role is highly impactful with goals that directly impact company’s targets at the front line of the business. •Main Responsibilities: -Design, execute and optimize campaigns and initiatives to maximize drivers’ LTV (reduce churn, increase retention, increase driver's activity share compared to competitor) -Customer segmentation and selection of customer data -Leverage analytics and A/B test results to measure the impact of initiatives and optimize them -Regularly report on the performance of the previous promotions and plan for the future -Use statistical methods to analyze data prepare conclusive reports required for decision making -Use data to create models that depict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole

Requirements

-Team management and leadership -Strong business sense -Strong platform (2-sided markets) understanding -A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change -Data extraction and analytics capabilities -Ability to develop and perform queries on SQL (Python is a plus) -Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines -Self-motivation, flexibility, stamina, and the ability to adapt
