Job Description
● Own and lead Driver Loyalty Club including getting driver incentives, service design, and operation. ● Analysis of the loyalty program performance. ● Asses and works with outsourced vendors to implement best practice loyalty schemes. ● Coordination of external contractors and service suppliers. ● Close cooperation with other departments in order to translate business requirements into loyalty program rules, processes and configurations. ● Cooperation with Software Product team with regards to application configuration and enhancements.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or MBA. ● More than 4 years of relevant experience (Business Development, Marketing, Trade, Sales). ● Experience in campaign and account management. ● Excellent negotiation skills. ● Experience in project management. ● Fluent verbal and written communication skills. ● Multi-task across multiple tasks (Prioritization setting and workload allocation). ● Data-driven mindset and sound business judgment. ● Hands-on execution. ● Strong analytical skills.
