• Regularly produce various content types including website, data gathering, managing and reporting defined specific KPI according to company's strategy.
• Be actively involved in Search Engine Optimization efforts (SEO)
• Develop and implement a successful social media networking on major platform such as Telegram, Facebook, Instagram and linkedin.
• Running successful social media campaigns to attract potential users.
• Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Heap Analytics,)
• Responsible for digital marketing strategy of the brand by developing, expanding and maintaining the brand outreach across online media platforms
• Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including development of Blogs, forums, sponsored events and similar engagements
• Create a classified CRM to establish a recording system regarding customer's Satisfaction level who use our products and company's services.
• Follow up ongoing content publish plans on ODP website by medical advisors & agencies
• Communication with marketing team to lead & implementation of the digital marketing campaigns
• Find out high potential channel as targeted channel for publishing promotion plan across the websites
• Work closely with our channel admins (vendors & agencies)
• Analyzing KPIs during the campaigns
• Monitoring the response process by medicals to comments on website
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital marketing e commerce, MBA or related fields
• Marketing experience
• Being familiar with content strategy, engagement strategy on website
• Strict adherence and commitment to schedule or timetable
• Creative & multi-tasking
• Good level of written & reading English
• Having good presentation skills
• Proven experience as Digital Marketing or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Heap Analytics).
• Knowledge of working with MS Office and Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of managing and updating websites running
• Skills and experience in creative content writing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Moderate to high level in English (Both writing and speaking).
