Job Description

Objective: - To design, create, and deliver marketing - Programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products. Main responsibilities: - Developing the strategy used in marketing the company's products and services. - Planning, development and execution of national digital programs and campaigns, including online - Advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables. - Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting. - In depth knowledge of SEO and AdWords programs. - Presenting recommendations to Director of Marketing and Communications. - Developing and coordinating multimedia packages. Reporting to: general Manager Number required: 1 Duration: 1 year contract Probation: 2 month Working hours: 7:30 - 16:30, Saturday to Wednesday Travel requirements: occasional travel within the country

Requirements

- University qualifications: Bachelorâ€™s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field - Other certifications: Bachelorâ€™s degree or diploma in Graphics related field. - Previous experience: Minimum 2 years of progressive digital marketing experience required, including ecommerce experience - Specialist knowledge: Proven track record of delivering multifaceted, digitally driven campaigns from strategy through execution and leveraging data to drive strategic direction and optimize marketing programs. Portfolio demonstrating work, analytics and metrics will be required as part of the interview process. - Strong digital copywriting, design, content marketing, and verbal communication skills required - Fluent in Google Analytics software - Ability to interpret and apply brand standards to online marketing initiatives - Strong ability to present digital marketing concepts and receive feedback - Deep interest in keeping up with digital trends that can positively impact our business - Prior marketing communications or digital marketing experience in healthcare-related environment. - Other Skills: Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines - Ideal Age Range: 23-35 - Language Skills: English is essential any other foreign language is a plus - Current Residence: Tehran
