Job Description

Our company is looking for a Social Media Executive to join our team in Tehran. The ideal candidate needs to be a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers on a digital sphere. Candidates should perform outstandingly the following tasks: Main Tasks: - Managing, updating and overseeing the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content on Instagram, Telegram, and other social networking sites - Adapting the content style to the different platforms: websites, Twitter, Facebook, etc. - Being up to date with the newest events in the fast-changing world of social media, analyzing competitors and constantly adapting the measurement tools - Create a regular publishing strategy and schedule - Communicating to customers effectively, determining and reaching the right audience through the right platforms - Responding to customers or audiences online - Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns for special occasions like Nowruz, Ramadan, etc. - Promote content through social advertising and SEO - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field is a plus - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a communications role focused on social media management - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a social media strategy and to leverage social media as an effective communications tool - Strong PERSIAN writing, editing and grammar skills as well as an ability to creatively tell stories, - Good understanding of ENGLISH is mandatory, though not necessary for writing - Photography and video skills a plus - Strong attention to detail - Strong professional skills and ability to build relationships both internally and externally - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple initiatives, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously - Must possess a solid understanding of the major social media channels such as Instagram, Telegram, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, forums, blogs and others - Customer service experience
