Job Description

Main responsibilities: • Participating in the project life-cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities • Defining product strategy and road maps in cooperation with project management team • Performing research and determining project weaknesses and areas to be modified • Performing activities of project inception such as feasibility study and cooperation in proposal preparation • Performing activities related to project planning, preparation or audit schedule and budget • Performing activities related to project performance analysis, control, providing progress report, checking delay reasoning and appropriate solutions and cooperating in budget controlling • Supervision on documentation and information transferring based on company's standards and procedures • Analyze business requirements, development and implementation processes. • Review and re-engineer processes • Conducting training courses in related areas • Preparing project & knowledge documentation

Requirements

• University qualifications: B.S/ M.S. in Industrial Engineering or Management • Previous experience: At least 10 years of related experience • Specialist knowledge: Project Management, Research, Financial analysis • Good knowledge in Business Process modeling • Flexible, able to work on several concurrent activities and team work ability • Proactive and innovative • Other Skills: - Strong Computer Skills (MS Office) - English language fluency (written) - Eager to learn - Team working experience - Enthusiastic, energetic and social - Presentation skills Travel requirements: Occasional travel within country Language Skills: English Current Residence: Tehran Ideal Age Range: 30-50
