
Job Description
The team manager acts as the core of the design team. He is responsible for leading the design team and creating coordination between this team and other departments of the marketing unit and the organization based on the desired policy to achieve specific goals.
Designing a visual identity is the most important task of the art design department at Danro and is one of the most basic topics that are addressed at Danro. Therefore, in order to produce quality visual content based on the brand values of Danro and other customers of this collection, creative, committed and active graphic design managers are invited to join Danro and experience cooperation with a professional team.
General duties:
• Lead, train and motivate the design team
• Designing, controlling, monitoring and planning the production of brand visual content
• Design team traffic management and control
• Ideation in the production of up-to-date and creative designs
• Creating and implementing designs based on the principles of artistic design
• Examining the design needs of the organization and its customers
• Choosing and performing the best design and execution method according to the order
• Using the software as well as designing a manual study for the initial presentation
• Carrying out the design process of all types of digital and print projects, from ideation and corrections to printing and monitoring implementation
• Use of new graphic design methods and tools
• Capable in time management
• Managing and participating in brain-storming, creative and client-briefing sessions
Requirements:
• Creative, creative, good taste, responsible, organized and committed
• Active and interested in teamwork
• Complete mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop software
• Complete mastery of professional design principles
• Complete mastery of digital design principles
• Complete mastery of printing matters
• Complete mastery of designing all kinds of branding and advertising tools, including: logo, logotype, office papers, posters, catalogs, newsletters, online banners, etc.
