• Design and development team leading
• Designing new products and development of current products
• Analyzing market data and convert market needs to final products
• Coordinating with other departments to maximizing organization productivity
• Establishing scientific archives and process documentary
Requirements
• MA/BA in industrial designing
• At least 3 year experience at management
• 3 year work experience in designing-team shoes designing preferred
• Be familiar with systematic thinking
• Team working ability
• Project management and Q.C qualification
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and national standards
• Software skills like RHINO, CATIA, MSP, etc.
• Good English skills
