Job Description

● Identify, design, conduct and control all HR Systems and processes. ● Identify and monitor human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, interviewing, orienting, and training employees. ● Organize all personnel administration affairs according labor law, such as contracts, insurance and etc. ● Plan, design and conduct motivational programs to increase Employee Satisfaction ● Design and revise job description. ● Evaluate, conduct and follow up training and development plans. ● Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs. ● Organize all personnel administration affairs according labor law, such as contracts, insurance and etc. ● Plan human resource strategies according to the company mission. ● Monitor performance management system. ● Design and revise guidelines, procedures and policies. ● Maintain company structures by updating requirements. ● Schedule and conduct job evaluations.

Requirements

● Professional knowledge of all HR areas (recruitment, development, performance evaluation, retention, attendance, payroll, job grading). ● +10 years experiences in Human Resource Management. ● Good knowledge of Iranian Labor law and social security laws and regulations. ● Strong interpersonal, communicating and organizational skill. ● Excellent Leadership skills, able to motivate and train others. ● Strong team working abilities. ● Time management. ● Organizational development. ● Motivation systems. ● Employee relations. ● Preferable age: 35-50.
