Job Description

● Installing, launching, maintaining, and monitoring the updating of all HR software (Attendance system, payroll system, personnel, recruitment, organization and etc.) used in the customer company. ● Managing the software used in the organization and training it to the personnel of customers. ● Establishing personnel access to HR software based on the rules and regulations of the organization's customers. ● Supervising adding, deleting, and editing the basic definitions of the HR software used in the customers according to the rules and regulations of the customers. ● Responding to IT issues and requests. ● Providing technical assistance and support for requests and issues related to clients of the HR system. ● Installing, modifying software, and working with users or employees of customers of HR system and advising on the solution.

Requirements

● Minimum Bachelor's degree in related fields. ● Having work experience in the field of software installation, preferably HR software (Attendance system, payroll system, personnel, recruitment, organization and etc.) software. ● Age range: 24 to 37 years old.
