Job Description
● Installing, launching, maintaining, and monitoring the updating of all HR software (Attendance system, payroll system, personnel, recruitment, organization and etc.) used in the customer company.
● Learning and complete mastery of managing the software used in the organization and training it to the personnel of customers.
- Establishing personnel access to HR software based on the rules and regulations of the organization's customer.
● Supervising adding, deleting, and editing the basic definitions of the HR software used in the customers according to the rules and regulations of the customers.
● Responding to IT issues and requests.
● Providing technical assistance and support for requests and issues related to clients of the HR system.
● Installing, modifying software, and working with users or employees of customers of HR system and advising on the solution.
