Responsibilities: Work closely with Delivery Operation team to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers Generate and extract data needed for decision making Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems Design and develop metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business and product decisions in order to improve performance and reduce costs Conduct deep-diving data analysis for business insights and recommendations Combine knowledge of statistical methodology and analysis with programming skills to support complex analyses Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary Design and deploy some machine learning models and assessments. Develop and maintenance of machine learning algorithms.  Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Technology Systems (Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering) or other related discipline Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data teams as data analyst or related fields. Working experience in a related e-businesses with big scale data sets. Prior experience with database and model design and segmentation technique knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques  Expert in working with visualization tools Tableau/ Power BI/ Grafana Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
