Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team at our branch in Tehran, Iran. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing them with assistance, and resolving any issues or complaints they may have. The candidate should be intermediate level in English, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide them with accurate information and assistance.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or managers.
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Communicate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of calls.
  • Intermediate English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience as a call center or customer support specialist.
