Role description:
● Answering clients' phone calls and e-mails.
● Understanding client's issues and providing appropriate replies, either by email or phone call.
● Categorizing and logging received client's issues and feedback.
● Providing appropriate success stories to be uploaded on the website according to the related procedure.
● Report candidate feedback periodically to define corrective actions, preventive actions, and areas of improvement.
● Participating in various exhibitions based on the needs of the IranTalent company.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in English or related fields.
● At least 1 year of work experience in the field of customer service or call center.
● Familiar with communication skills in the English Language.
● Be patient and eager to have teamwork.
