Job Description
Main purpose of the job:
As Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for receiving, processing and resolving customer orders, inquiries or complaints and maintain accurate tracking the customer service system in order to deliver timely and high quality solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
• Handle and process customer orders and questions according to internal processes and work instructions
• Administer and document customer orders, inquiries and complaints, in accordance with established procedures.
• Receive and handle customer complaints, monitor and evaluate the resolution process in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
