Job Description

Confidently and knowledgeably provide the full suite of DHL customer service offerings (e.g. booking, enquiries, shipment status, tracking etc.) to all parties contacting DHL via the customer service hotline and other contact modes.

Requirements

• Maintain a friendly yet efficient interface with customers at all times. • Customer oriented. • Be an effective performer both as an individual and as part of a team. • Customer complaints handling ability. • Problem solving ability. • Having initiative in offering new ideas. • Flexibility in working hours and location. • Ability to be multi-tasked. • English/ Persian proficiency in all aspects. • Good working knowledge of computer skills mainly in MS Office. • High Level of communication skills. • Reporting ability. • Selling skills.
