Job Description

• To provide basic reports, charts etc. to be used in CR analysis based on customer data and subscriber information. • To review provided data to maintain a principle of customer segmentation in providing reports. • To collect data and reports of CR activities/plans performance also all CR related SLAs and KPIs derived from departments reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) as per request. • To assist the team in analysis and interpretation of different reports and data on customer data and CR projects/division Performance. • To assist in the preparation of related reports with third parties based on division queries specifically for identifying revenue lost. • To collect data to compare company customer relations service delivery with competitors and the market and prepare related reports. • To provide and cater data/information for BI team by providing different reports/analysis for them. • To generate and consolidate reports as needed to meet management requirements, including different adhoc reports.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Commerce (Marketing / Communication or related) Required knowledge for this occupation: SQL Access Tableau Microsoft Excel Statistical analysis Good at English Language Data Analysis skill
