Job Description

The Customer Accounting Administrator is responsible for: - Collecting the outstanding receivables from the customers thus enabling the Customer Accounting Team in attaining the target DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) target for the country. - Cash Reconciliation - Providing monthly reports - Monthly accounts allocation through SUN system - Providing Ledger

Requirements

- Strong ability to impact and influence - Good networking skills - Teamwork esprit - Ability to handle customer accounting queries - Excellent interpersonal understanding - Excellent communication skills - Basic accounting knowledge - Self-motivated with a “can do attitude" - Ability to work under extra hours and meet deadlines - Must be fluent in English both in written and oral communications - PC literate, prime on MS Office programs (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) and be able to utilize these applications to a high standard - Ability to work under pressure and achieve timelines.
