
Job Description
● Providing creative advertising paths, designing advertising slogans and formulating creative strategy of advertising campaigns.
● In charge of the quality and completion of all the work projects assigned to the creative team members.
● Leadership and Management of Content Strategy for small and large ATL, BTL, TTL projects.
● Collaboration with marketing and sales sectors in formulating marketing programs and analyzing results and identifying opportunities.
Brand tracking analysis, market trend, consumer need and competitive outlook.
● Monitoring a reciprocal team of graphic designers, copyrights, social media experts, photographers or cameramen and project managers in strategic development of messages and products delivered.
Prioritization of labor and resources among the commitments based on short -term and long -term needs, the creation of production programs in collaboration with designers, copyrights and production sectors.
● Holding brainstorming meetings with the creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and practical creative innovations in a responsible way.
● Make sure designs and content constantly and positively reflect the brand's ideals.
● Activate as an interface between the marketing team, the creative team and the customers.

Prerequisites
● Having a long service in full -service advertising agencies.
● Having years of experience in creating advertising campaigns from vision development and messaging to production monitoring.
● Introduction to how to develop brand identity through multi -channel marketing.
● Having the experience of creating integrated content in all marketing channels including digital, social media, monetary media and more.
