Job Title: Creative Art Director;
Department: Commercial & Marketing;
Reports to: Head of Commercial & Marketing (Outsourced CMO);
Role Overview:
The creative art director leads the creative vision and asset production for AlmasPedia. This hybrid role ensures brand consistency across all visual outputs while managing the traffic, timelines, and priorities of internal and outsourced creative resources. The role serves as a bridge between category leads, digital marketing, and production talent, delivering campaigns on-brand and on-time.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Stewardship & Creative Direction:
- Develop and uphold AlmasPedia’s visual identity across product lines and touchpoints.
- Define campaign themes and creative briefs aligned with category strategies.
- Oversee look & feel for photography, video, web design, and packaging.
Studio Traffic & Production Management:
- Maintain a content production calendar in sync with product launches and campaigns.
- Prioritize asset creation based on business needs and digital schedules.
- Assign and oversee tasks for designers, photographers, stylists, and editors.
Collaboration & Creative Sourcing:
- Liaise with Category Managers and CRM to interpret briefs and deliver relevant visuals.
- Work with influencers, models, and creative freelancers as needed.
- Ensure high-quality creative assets are delivered efficiently.
Asset Delivery & Optimization:
- Coordinate with the website/social media admin for uploading and formatting content.
- Adapt creative assets for multi-channel use (web, social, print, packaging).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in art direction, fashion/luxury creative production, or design.
- Portfolio in product storytelling and campaign execution.
- Experience managing creative teams and freelance contributors.
- Knowledge of content marketing, ecommerce visuals, and studio workflow.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, project management tools, and photo/video shoot production.
- Fluent in English.
