Job Description

● Answering incoming and outgoing calls, entering information and tags in CRM. ● Responding to technical tickets. ● Answering online chats if necessary. ● Providing complete guidance on accessing service panels. ● Checking user orders and possible errors. ● Following up on user requests. ● Reviewing monthly reports. Working days and hours: ● Afternoon shift: Saturday to Wednesday from 3 pm to 12 am. ● Holiday shift: Thursday + Friday and all official holidays, from 8 am to 9 pm, or from 11 am to 12 am + one day a week from 9 am to 10 pm. Requirements

● Proficient in WordPress. ● Familiar with hosting control panels. ● Familiarity with basic network concepts (IP-Port and services within the network). ● High communication skills with users. ● Familiarity with hosting services and how to work with provided services such as SSL, CDN, host, download host, domain. ● Familiarity with Linux servers is an advantage. ● Familiarity with Word and Excel. ● Familiarity with Network+.
