Objective: to support a MC project team, a project in railway organization. You must be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills as this position involves direct contact with governmental partners.
Main responsibilities: Develop, evaluate, negotiate and prepare for execution a wide variety of contractual documents, such as contracts, subcontracts, consulting agreements.
Create and administer an array of procurement processes, including Request for Proposals (RFP) processes for major services.
Monitor subcontractor/vendor invoicing and compliance with requirements
Maintain contractual records and documentation, such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, contact information sheets, contractual changes, and other documents

Requirements
University qualifications: Bachelor Degree or higher
Previous experience: +3 years experience in contract management, invoice verification, project control, documentation.
Specialist knowledge: Familiarity with RFP, RFQ, QBS, QCBS, Tendering.
Other Skills: Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
