Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Organize and manage regular meetings with contractors, consultants, and clients, and follow up on assigned actions and resolutions
Continuously monitor project status, identify challenges, and provide solutions to resolve execution-related issues
Monitor the quantitative and qualitative progress of projects and ensure activities are carried out in accordance with the approved schedule
Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Technical Office, Procurement, Commercial, and Finance departments to ensure timely provision of project requirements
Review drawings, changes, and execution modifications, and assess their feasibility and impact on project progress
Monitor the availability and balance of required materials and equipment and follow up on timely procurement
Review the allocation of site and execution workforce based on active work fronts and project priorities
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports to management
Evaluate contractors' capabilities, track records, and organizational structures, and participate in contractor evaluation and selection during tenders
Oversee the proper execution of construction activities, compliance with quality standards, and the appropriate use and selection of materials
Monitor architectural works, finishing activities, and other project execution processes
Follow up on project-related costs and monitor expenditures within the approved budget and project plan
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction project execution
Proven experience in managing and executing medium- to large-scale construction projects
Experience working with contractors, consultants, and clients, with strong meeting management and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of the project execution process, from initial stages through completion and handover
Familiarity with progress control, project scheduling, quality control, and project resource management
Ability to review drawings and technical documents and identify execution-related challenges
Ability to manage multiple work fronts simultaneously and coordinate effectively across different departments
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and execution management skills
Ability to prepare management reports and present project status to senior management
Strong follow-up skills, accountability, and ability to manage teams and contractors
