Assist the Compensation & Benefits function by developing, implementing policies to ensure effective & competitive C&B strategy. The Focal Areas: • Job Descriptions • Job Evaluation • Grading & Mapping • Organizational Charts • Salary Survey & Salary Planning
Requirements
Key Responsibilities: • Designs the set of different compensation and benefits policies • Designs the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc.) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values. • Coordinates compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development • Preparing Salary Survey reports & gap analysis. Key Skills: • Strong and proven analytical skills • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) • Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines • Team Player • Education: BA or MA in HRM or Industrial Engineering • C&B experience: Min 2 years
