Job Description

  • In charge of managing digital marketing, public relations, CRM, and market research sections. This position reports to the CMO.
  • Develop, implement, and execute integrated communication vision, strategies, and plans for the company that builds customer loyalty programs, corporate and brand awareness, stakeholders (including customers and business partners) engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Oversee internal and external communications, including media relations, public relations, corporate messaging, and digital communications.
  • Craft compelling content, manage media inquiries, maintain brand consistency, and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage crises, and ensure effective communication with employees, customers, and the public to create a positive corporate image.
  • Develop communication budget, track costs, and RFP review with third parties and agencies.
  • Lead all Digital Marketing activities including development, implementation, and overseeing long-term digital marketing campaigns and short-term advertising techniques, Email marketing, website management, content development, and marketing collateral through digital platforms to drive traffic to the company's website, generate sales leads and enhance corporate and product brand awareness.
  • Lead all public relations activities including field media questions, pitching stories to the media, preparing media kits, organizing press conferences, preparing presentations and/or speeches geared toward employees and external stakeholders, preparing detailed media activity reports, creating internal communications protocols, identify media opportunities, press releases, bylined articles, white papers, etc. and release information to counter negative publicity and handle crisis and emergency communications.
  • Lead all CRM (Customer Relationship Management) activities including managing and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle to improve customer service relationships assist with customer retention and drive sales growth.
  • Lead all market research activities including gathering and analyzing data on consumers and competitors, studying consumer preferences, business conditions, and other factors to assess potential sales of a product or service.
  • Work with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and strategies


  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
  • +8 years of experience in marketing, PR, digital marketing, and market research fields of which 4 years proven in managerial positions.
  • A confident communicator and presenter.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, and professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including the ability to present concepts verbally.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Superior project management and time management skills.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media.
  • High degree of analytical thinking skills and data-oriented.
  • Fluent in English.
