-Corresponding and monitoring orders' process with foreign suppliers
-Negotiating, contract modification, ordering, preparing related documents for payment
-Supervising the shipment and delivery schedules of components to the factory
-Commercial registration procedures
-Custom affairs
-Transportation follow-ups
-Follow-ups with the banks, Iran Customs, Ministry of Industries, and other governmental organizations
-Assist company executives in the foreign purchases and imports
-Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations
-Responsible for getting all the needed governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses in importation process, find suppliers
Requirements
-At least 10 years’ experience in the local and international commercial field, preferably in the field of oil & petrochemical products or shipping and transportation industry
-Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration or related fields
-Comprehensive knowledge of foreign procurement and commercial procedures, regulations, methods of payment and banking issues, transportation
-Highly effective in communication, presentation and negotiation skills
-Highly skilled in working with MS Office software and the internet
-Highly effective in team building, leadership, and creativity
-Ability to handle different levels of stress
-Highly fluent in English language, dynamic and multitask character
