-Manage, Perform and coordinate all domestic commercial affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiation in order to make the best purchase package
-Manage foreign commercial activities include marketing, export procedures and cash collection from the end users
-Supervising to prepare and handle all necessary documentation to shipping documents, custom affairs, commercial registration and banking procedures
-Make arrangement and coordinate shipments with suppliers and resolve any possible issue
-Maintain and review computerized or manual records of prices, items purchased, costs, deliveries, product performance and inventories reporting to managing director and chairman of the board
- Perform and coordinate the Iran Energy and Mercantile Exchange organization tasks
Requirements
-At least B.S. in business or commercial management or any related field.
-At least 10 years of experience in the related field.
-Expert in commercial and international business/ trade terms, customs regulations, specially related experience in Oil and Lubricant industries.
-Good communication skill and ability to work under pressure and must be extremely well-organized.
-Good knowledge of English language and Incoterms, computer skills.
-A deep understanding of contracts, invoices and negotiation terms.
- Self-motivated, job oriented & Having time management skills.
