-Develop and implement commercial strategies and meeting company goals.
-Control and follow up all commercial activities.
-Create improvement projects considering trade procedures according to company’s goals and mission.
-Responsible for the supervision and execution of all affairs of purchase, including foreign purchases, domestic purchases, purchase contracts, examination and determination of purchase prices, documentary credits and other related occupations.
-Receiving purchase requests from departments including full specification of the request.
-Handling of all international and internal commercial affairs such as order obtaining, corresponding and monitoring orders' process with suppliers.
-Developing relations with foreign and internal suppliers.
-Be up-to-dated about current regulations and monitor applicable law changes for better dealing with customs, road, sea and air transportation and document and LC condition and incoterms.
-Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files and price list.
-Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
-Bachelor / Master degree in Commercial Management, Business, Engineering or other related fields.
-At least 10 to 15 years’ experience at a senior commercial position in oil, gas and petrochemical Industries.
-Strong knowledge to monitor performance of commercial activities, reporting results to senior management.
-Familiar with commercial and international contracts and regulations.
-Familiar with domestic and international payment instruments including L.C
-Strong communication, presentation, commercial correspondence and negotiation skills
-Familiar with project purchases and commercial affairs in projects.
-Strong crisis management, risk management and team working skills.
-Understanding problem solving methods.
-Familiar with all commercial terms and communication basics
-Excellent fluency in English
