Job Description

● Plan sales targets and coordinate procurement, commercial works, logistics, inventory, distribution, and sales. ● Manage team and coordinate sourcing, negotiations, and procurements as per sales targets. ● Analyze price trends to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers. ● Direct and coordinate activities involving the export of products. ● Create synergy among the team. ● Monitor all market news, changes, and important events in the field. ● Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. ● Determine sourcing and procurement policies. ● Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures. ● Monitor customer preferences to determine strategies for procurement and sales. ● Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance management to develop and control efficient service and profitability. ● Supervise all activities of placing orders, shipping, documentation, custom logistics, controlling inventory, and sales. ● Represent the company at trade exhibitions, and meetings to promote the company and related products as best as possible. ● Confer with potential customers and suppliers regarding product needs and advise customers on types of products to purchase. ● Review invoices, work orders, consumption reports, or demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments. ● Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields. ● At least 10 years of relevant experience at a management level in the export and commercial field (preferably familiar with chemical/mineral products). ● Presentation and negotiation skills to communicate effectively. ● Having teamwork skills. ● Good public relations. ● Creative, reliable, motivated, energetic, responsible, and cooperative. ● Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English. ● Fluent in computer skills (Internet, MS Office, etc.).
