
Job Description
The Commercial Manager- C2C Line is responsible for designing, leading, and optimizing the full lifecycle of customer‑to‑customer used‑car transactions. This role ensures a seamless experience for both sellers and buyers, while improving conversion rates, operational efficiency, and seller/ customer experience. The ideal candidate combines operational excellence, data‑driven decision‑making, and strong cross‑functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize the end‑to‑end C2C workflow, from car acquisition to final sale.
Improve conversion rates across all funnel stages
Monitor and analyze core KPIs, including:
Number of car inflows
Conversion rates across each stage
Cycle time from acquisition to sale
Profit margins
Work closely with commercial and branch teams to enhance customer experience during inspection, pricing, contract signing, and delivery.
Analyze seller and buyer behavior to increase engagement, trust, and satisfaction.
Develop and execute pricing and acquisition strategies aligned with market dynamics.
Identify bottlenecks and design scalable solutions.
Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Acquisition, Product, and Branch teams to improve responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to growth initiatives and campaigns to expand both supply and demand.
Provide regular performance reporting, forecasting, and insights to senior management.
Manage, coach, and develop the C2C team as the function scales.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial management, marketplace operations, automotive industry, or C2C/C2B/B2C business models.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
Experience managing multi‑stage, cross‑functional processes.
Familiarity with the used‑car market, customer behavior, and transaction complexities.
Excellent problem‑solving, prioritization, and project management skills.
Strong communications and stakeholder‑management abilities.
Result‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable in fast‑moving environments.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
Experience with CRM systems, dashboards, and KPI management
