Job Description

Responsible for commercial affairs, logistics, warehousing and customer service activities in a cost-effective manner, supporting the supply chain. Main responsibilities: ● Facilitate the import processes to ensure timely and accurate shipments, import documents, custom declaration and goods movement from warehouse. ● Plan and do procurement negotiation and developing the network with suppliers and tracking contracts and following it up to receiving the cargo totally. ● Arrange all shipments and contacts with shipping and transport companies for booking, shipping, documentation and updates. ● Maintain required record keeping for all operations activities ● Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.

Requirements

● 5 years of relevant experience in commercial field (preferably familiar to cellulosic industry). ● Educated in related fields. ● Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English language. ● Presentation and negotiation skills to communicate effectively. ● Creative, reliable, motivated, energetic, responsible and cooperative. ● Fluent in computer skills (Internet, MS Office and etc.). ● Hard working and Self-driven. ● Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. ● Good public relations. ● Having team work skills.
